Board and Management Team
Founder & Vice Chairman, Cheryl Loo
Before moving to Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2016; Cheryl was Vice Principal at Kits4Kids, a Special Education School in Malaysia. Following God’s clear call to Cambodia, she bought a one-way ticket into the country. Burdened to see the poor and marginalized know the love of Christ; she began working with homeless families and conducting English, Math, and Bible Studies classes for the children by the streets. Unknowingly, this would be the birth of Isaiah as a ministry and organization. Her deep desire is to remain surrendered daily to the Holy Spirit to effectively carry out the promises of Isaiah 61 to the people around her. Cheryl is also a prolific freelance writer who enjoys pushing creative boundaries through content writing and copywriting.


Chairman, Visal Soun
Visal Soun brings a bevy of insight from his various experiences in the NGO sector and governmental ministries in Cambodia. A natural leader, he currently stands as the Commissioned Director for Translate Truth Mission and Board Member at Prison Fellowship Cambodia. With an interest in the legal industry, he is also a paralegal at Fortis Law Cambodia. His past experiences include being the Director of Child Haven Organization, Research Team Leader at Green Environmental Group, and Project Officer at Hagar Cambodia.
Director, Dara Huot
Dara Huot is a passionate film producer, committed to serving God wholeheartedly. Since 2009, he has had rich experiences in various ministries in the church. In 2011, he joined Transform Cambodia as a Teacher and Trainer. Subsequently, he took on the role of Youth Pastor at Kingdomcity Cambodia in 2014; mentoring and building young teenagers in their faith journey. In 2018, he had the opportunity to venture into the corporate sector and develop his career in the film industry. Skilled in pre- and post production of films, Dara has worked on producing shows like Masterchef Cambodia.


Finance Manager, Margaret Lau
Margaret graduated with a law degree and has been navigating the intricacies of corporate and real estate law for more than a decade. Outside the negotiation room door, she thrives on human connection and the joy of lending an ear to those in need. With a knack for chatting and a genuine interest in people’s journeys, she weaves her way into the fabric of their lives, offering wisdom and comfort along the way. She gets particularly excited to learn about new cultures and hopes to promote acceptance of diversity. Feeling called to Cambodia, she has been showered with the warmth and connection of this vibrant nation, seeing its potential as a future powerhouse as energy continues to be invested in the next generation. She spent 7 years working in the legal industry in Malaysia and Phnom Penh before moving to Singapore to join a company as an in-house legal counsel.
Program Manager, Fraeda Seow
Fraeda Seow held the role of Marketing Director before making the decision to become a full-time mom for her two sons. During this period, Fraeda was an active volunteer in the Parent Support Group (PSG) committees, where she also served as the chairperson and vice-chair. In November 2021, Fraeda and her husband felt God’s calling to relocate to Cambodia to work in a Business as Missions (BAM) organization. During a Christmas Outreach organized by her church at a slum village, she was introduced to Isaiah Organization and was deeply impacted by the beautiful children she met. Today, Fraeda brings an infusion of faith into the Isaiah team and is passionate about mentoring young adults to walk in their God-given identities. Never short of creative ideas, she carries fresh perspectives into various program developments at Isaiah Organization. This includes curriculum development for the students. Having an aptitude for communicating with people of different backgrounds and cultures, she also manages the Volunteer Program at Isaiah.


Board Member, Lina Pao
A real powerhouse, Lina exemplifies strength and excellence in the space of leadership. Starting her career in 2010 as a Trainer in Transform Cambodia. Her resourcefulness paved the way for her promotion in 2011 and 2012 to Deputy Manager and Center Manager, followed by Senior Manager in 2018. WIth a solid experience working with children and their families; she then joined Evangelical Fellowship of Cambodia (EFC) as the Youth and Sports Program Coordinator in 2021. A year later, Lina had the opportunity to come on board Saving Moses Cambodia as the Head of Program and work to protect vulnerable children with their night-care services. Today, Lina stands as the Country Director of Saving Moses Cambodia.
Board Member, Ranny Dourk
Ranny Dourk demonstrates steadfast loyalty in his line of work with Transform Cambodia. He has been part of the organization since 2009 when he joined as a Trainer. Over the years, he quickly rose to the position of Deputy Center Manager and then, Center Manager. Ranny has meaningful experiences working with children of different ages in different locations throughout the city of Phnom Penh. Today, he is involved in various departments including the Senior Trainer team, Pastoral Care team, and Social Worker team. He is adept in caring for the students’ families and devising workable solutions to help the families ensure the students continue on with their education with the organization.

Teachers

Kong Srey Leak
As our longest standing employee since 2018, Srey Leak has continued to pour her efforts into seeing the children in the community flourish. Her ability to connect with the students on a personal level comes from her rich experience in working with children of varying ages and backgrounds. She is also a tuition teacher and leader in her church’s Kids Ministry. Srey Leak graduated with a Bachelors in Economics from Royal University of Law and Economics.

Thon Sophanith
Sophanith is a full-time teacher who works with our students in both the morning and afternoon sessions. She is passionate about seeing the students becoming “transformers” that will bring God's love and light into their families. Out of her love for Math, she is currently in the midst of completing her Bachelors in Accounting and Finance at the University of Economics and Finance.

Din Srey Pin
A natural leader, Srey Pin brings an infusion of creativity into the team. She finds joy in leading the students in worship and teaching them about God. Her favorite subject to teach is English because she believes that being proficient in the language is foundational to success in the future. Srey Pin is currently studying Tourism Management in the National University of Management.
Advisory Panel

Po-Song Chew
Po-Song is an adept IT Project Manager who has over 20 years of working experience across the fintech, consultancy, insurance, and telecommunications industry. His past roles have given him the opportunity to work in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. Specializing in project management, consulting, leadership, and software development roles; he possesses a proven track record of delivering successful projects, driving innovation, and mentoring junior team members.
He also holds vast experience in the counseling sphere through his various volunteer roles. For over 4 years, he held the role of Associate Counselor and Certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator conducting Marriage Preparation programs for couples at Eagles Mediation & Counseling Center. Besides that, he volunteered at Pasir Ris Family Center, conducting personal counseling sessions to children and adults. With a heart to serve the marginalized, he also worked with Touch Young Arrows at Ngee Ann Primary School for 3 years; coaching young children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Wilson Soo
Wilson is a seasoned strategic advisor with over 11 years of experience leading initiatives in energy, access to finance, and sustainable development across Southeast Asia. Currently serving as the Head of the Department for Energy and Access to Finance at Sevea, Wilson brings a wealth of expertise in strategy, sector intelligence, and public and private sector development. He has a robust track record of delivering transformative results for diverse partners; including NGOs, public institutions, development organizations, SMEs, social enterprises, and financial institutions; across Cambodia, the region, and internationally. Known for his ability to foster organizational cultures rooted in integrity, inclusivity, and social impact, Wilson is also deeply committed to driving sustainable change.


Suwen Low
Suwen has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, art, community engagement, communications, partnerships, digital consultancy, mental health, and leadership within award-winning organisations. She has meaningfully engaged with diverse groups across regions, including refugees, migrants, those affected by abuse and poverty, rough sleepers, individuals in the sex trade, hospital patients, and underprivileged communities. Currently, she is involved in social impact measurement, is an accredited Art Psychotherapist, and serves on the Singapore board of an international non-profit, as well as on a panel of therapists supporting the mental health of marginalised youth and children in Malaysia.
